I guess everything is in the title...
I try to import some audo files that are on my computer to my RC 505. everything seems to be correctly done ( I put only 1 file in 1 folder as it's indicated in the notice etc), but when i press the start button in order to play the new file on the RC 505, it says "unsupported format", while the audio file I tru to play is a WAV file... I don't get it !
this audio file comes out of logic pro X, I just bounce my project in PCM, format "WAVE".
is there different king of wav, and is it possible that the king of wave I put on my loop is a "unsupported one ?"
Does anyone understand why my RC 505 doesn't support the format of this file ?
Hello pour ceux qui peuvent se retrouver à être bloqué sur ce sujet (qui m'a pris 2 heures à trouver la solution), willowhisper56 a en effet la bonne réponse.
Il suffit d'exporter le son voulu, au format WAV en 44.1 khz et en 32 bit !
Et ensuite on le glisse dans le RC505 (probablement que les autres looper de boss ça marche aussi), et ça marche. Plus de "unsupported format"
Pas de problème non plus avec le nom du fichier.
