Sujet de la discussion input mod + slow lfo mod
attention pas testé personnellement (témoignage depuis un forum) :

I contacted Eric Archer and he explained how to do it,
along with another mod to slow the LFO down a bit:

"On the bottom side of the pcb (side with no components) look at the MIX control.
behind the potentiometer leads is the DPDT switch that is activated by pulling it.
Look at the 6 pads from this switch. one has a trace coming from it.
Cut the trace and you can connect external audio here.
Use a capacitor in series with external audio"

The input mod reconfigures the MIX pull
switch to select audio input when pulled up.
The best way to get a feel for it at first is to inject two waveforms
identical to the way the Grendel's internal oscillators sound,
then start tweaking from there. I've not heard a filter like this,
it's so filthy and weird! screaming goo yo

Re: slower LFO:
" find the capacitor marked 18uF on the board -
near PULSE potentiometer. it is currently 22uF.
replace it with a larger capacitor like 33uF or 47uF"

I recall only changing the cap to a slightly larger one
- maybe it was 33uf - going too far was a departure
from the Drone Commander sound which I didn't want to screw with.
I love this box! Oh, and by the way you can slow the LFO
down more by running it off a 9v battery.
