A5000 software editor for PC

Hi,
does anybody use the software editor coming with the a5000 ?
it is on the tools cd.
I can't install it on my pc.
If someone could mail this little programm to me I would be very happy!

You will better use the freeware described on this forum, witch works perfectly.
I never use the Yamaha soft.

I change to english, because I need to much time in french.

I am going to try this software.
the problem with my a5000 is that the knobs don't work reliable anymore.
you turn to the right but the value goes down ...
this is very frustrating and time consuming, so perhaps the software makes it easier.

Do have tried to install the last OS ?(I don't remeber the number...)

I agree with gala, the b zone software is the best, you have to upgrade this one time to time on the website. A very nice work, absolutely free !!!

I updated the OS once, but I don't think it has something to do with it,
because they used to work very well.

I give it a try !

I have updated to the latest Oz 1,5, but the knobs
on my A5000 still don’t work properly anymore.
I have just used them to often! The quality of the knobs
is not the best.
Using bZone makes everything a little easier, but I still
think about replacing the knobs with new ones.
Sadly they are quite expensive.

Mmmhh you could pull the knobs off , to clean the dust inside with a little paint-brush , i have done it and it works

I have just downloaded the a3 remote programm.vers 0.06
It is great and so easy!!!-

like always something could be better
and here it is that sending text doesn't work for me.

is there a chance to see that happen -

cleaning the knobs on the a5000 has not changed anything,
because it is impossible to open the potis

an exchange poti is 10.55Euro in germany without postage an soldiering.

You don't have to remot the pots just pull-over the plastic button and remove the dust around the metalic cylinder
im my case it worked

The Sending Text function in A3kRemote is known to be uneffective on the A4000/A5000.

Check out the a-list archive at ampfea.org.
This is THE #1 site for the A samplers, with the world famous FAQ, and library of native sounds for Yamaha samplers.
