4.1 beta 9

- new 'create User curve' template
- new OSC engine
- new execute_script, set_target subpach, create_user_curve commands in the Internal Message Language
- most of reported bugs fixed

notes
- to resize patches on the sequencer timeline without rescale curves, use the [alt] key instead of [Ctrl]

few small corrections.

fixed bugs
- an error messages is displayed when double click on a patch in the grid
- the Interface Builder menu don't appear when the Interface Builder module is on in a sub-patch
