Salut ami lecteur,

voici la marche à suivre pour s'échanger des firmwares POD, A CONDITION QU'IL S'AGISSE DE MACHINES IDENTIQUES (pod xt live ->pod xt live, ok?). Cette marche à suivre est tirée du support Line 6, je ne l'ai pas essayé moi-m^me, personne de mon entourage n'a la machine...

Citation : Here are the steps to dump firmware from one POD XT to another.

***Please Note: This process is for "like models" only - Do not transfer firmware from an XT to an XT Pro or vice versa. This can irreversably crash your unit!***

1. Connect the MIDI OUT jack on a PODxt that has functioning firmware to the MIDI IN jack on YOUR PODxt.
2. Turn on YOUR PODxt but make sure the power on the OTHER PODxt is OFF.
3. On the PODxt with functioning firmware, turn the DRIVE knob to 0 and hold down the following buttons: SAVE, MOD and soft edit button 2. While you're holding all of those knobs down, turn the power on.
4. The display on the PODxt you have just turned on will tell you to press TUNER to send the update. Do this.
5. Turn the power off and back on YOUR PODxt. It will now have the same firmware as the other PODxt.

C'est de l'anglais pas difficile, si certains galèrent je balance une traduction maison. ;)

En regardant à la fin du bouquin livré avec le pod xt live la démarche à suivre est expliquée en français (dans le mien en tout cas...) :lol:

donc pour ceux qui ont un peu de problèmes avec l'anglais je les invite à lire la fin du manuel. On se rend compte que tout peut être échanger à condition d'avoir la même machine sinon :(((
