 The System page that displays the software version will display the version of foot controller software if connected
 Tapping in a new tempo will cause the display to show that the currently loaded patch has been edited.

 Smoothing of the release of the noise gate has been improved
 In previous versions of Flash Memory, the gate unmuted during a patch change and did not mute again until after a patch is loaded, which sometimes caused a loud noise. This has been repaired in v1.05.
 Turning on and off MOD and DELAY effects no longer creates a click in the audio.
 The preset Channel Memories were improved. Changes were subtle – most involved channel names, tweak assignment, volume pedal pre/post assignment, and gate threshold.
