Sujet installer sOkkOs 2.0 ???

Alors je vais évidemment passé pour un gros newbie, mais je m'en tape.
Ça a vraiment l'air super ce qu'on peut faire avec l'OS sokkos 2.0 (et oui on en est là) https://forums.adafruit.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=43270
Mais n'étant pas informaticien, j'ai du mal à comprendre comment on installe cette chose dans sa bécanne et comme après recherche je n'ai pas trouvé une explication. Les explications dans le manuel restent énigmatiques :
10. Bootload
The boot loader mode is for uploading the new firmware. Again, we can give no support. In the
internet, you can find various custom firmware versions. The respective support will be given by the
provider of the firmware.
11. Computer Control
The computer control mode is for connecting the x0xb0x via USB to a computer. Again, there is
only 3rd party software available that is not offered by Mode Machines. Here we also can not
provide any support.

mais... je n'y comprend que dal autant dire que pour moi c'est chinois. J'ai un macbook air donc la première étape à l'air d'être ok : (I think MacOS X has a JRE already)
l'étape 2 a l'air plus compliquée : The MacOS X version of RXTX is available at the bottom of this page http://instituteofthefuture.org/technotes/macosjava.html
Voilà lien niqué ...
Et je n'ai pas trouvé de version RXTX pour mac.
Je continue mes recherches, mais j'angoisse.
