Bon je pense avoir trouvé la solution à mon problème
Dans les notes d'installation de Waves Central il est indiqué :
"Logic 9 Users: Please note that Waves V9.6 is not compatible with Logic 9. Please install Waves V9.3"

je télécharge et je test je vous tiens au jus

pour info, ce plug n'est plus supporté par logic 9 sauf si on passe par :
Waves V9 is not tested or supported with Logic Pro 9 (which was discontinued by Apple).

Our latest V9.6 update follows the latest AU guidelines by Apple,
which means it will not work with older versions of Logic Pro, GarageBand and Final Cut.

Our previous version (9.3) - was also never tested or supported with LP9 - however, customers have reported that it works OK for them.

If you insist on staying with LP9 and not update your setup to be compatible/supported -
and you know that the previous version worked well for you, you can try to roll-back to V9.3:

Uninstall 9.6
- Quit all apps.
- Launch Central , at the top select Install -> Uninstall.
- Choose to remove all V9 sofware.
- Once process is complete - quit Central. Restart the computer.

Re-Install 9.3
- Download and run the latest 9.3 installer for Mac.
- From the list of products- check the boxes next to all your Waves products and continue with installation.
