This is an amazing Maestro-Gibson effect unit - basically a synth effects unit for brass/woodwind players - and is capable of some amazing textures and wild out-there sounds - works brilliantly with guitar, bass and all sorts of sources, though passive instruments may require the use of a pre-amp. Input is on a minijack socket. Whilst it tracks well and is extremely versatile - Reputedly used by Kraftwerk, Neu!, Mothers Of Invention, and of course a variety of jazz players. Rare as hell !
