We have just posted the following official response to your complaint on the Better Business Bureau website:

The Integra-7 can be fully operated without the use of a computer and was initially released in 2012 with an iOS-based editor (for use with an iPad). Since that time, Roland has released a 2nd editor that is compatible with Macintosh-based PCs as well as a Librarian application that is also compatible with Macintosh computers. At this point, there is not a Windows PC editor available for the Integra-7, but we have just recently received confirmation from the engineering teams in Japan that they are working on this application (we just received word this week). They do not have a timeframe for when this will be available, but we will work directly with Mr. Baldwin on this if he would like to continue waiting for this application.

As you can see, we have finally received word from Roland Japan that they will be working on a PC editor for the Integra-7. They do not have a time frame for us yet, so please let us know if this is acceptable for you. If not, we can process a return and refund your purchase if you like.
