je tourne sous imac et logic express 8. J'ai vsm depuis six mois et pas de problème sauf que...
il y a quelques jours, après je ne sais quoi, plus moyen de d'allumer vsm sous logic.

Donc, je désinstalle tout et je veux ré installer le bazar.
Après avoir inséré le cd et cliqué sur l'installer, mac os me met un message d'erreur.
Je relance, j'ignore, je re relance et toujours rien

Vous êtes mon dernier espoir sinon --> Hot line m audio

Parce que la version du cd d'installation n'est pas compatible mac intel il me semble ...Va sur le site et télécharge la derniére version en ligne ... :noidea:

je l'avais déja installé sur ce même mac.
Je suppose que le problème vienne d'une maj mac

edit : en effet il s'agit de ma maj 10.5 de léopard qui fait planter la réinstal de vsm.

Il pourrait y avoir des maj automatique de vsm quand même...ça éviterait quelques frayeurs

Donc tout refonctionne

Astuce : s'abonner à la newsletter de gmédia, cela peut aider

salut, moi aussi je suis sur mac mais ca marche pas.
avec le cd impossible ! et sur le site de G Force, il m installe le programme  sauf qui ne veut pas me l ouvrir.
il me dit in kEventControlDraw; macView -> Draw() threw gfl:: Exception

si il y en a un qui a trouvé le truc pour éviter et installer, dite le moi car j ai passé 4 heure dessus et impossible de l installer.

vous avez essayé de les contacter directement ?

moi j'ai eu le souci en passant sous windows 7, ma version ne fonctionnait pas en 64bits, j'ai envoyé un message et ils m'ont répondu en m'envoyant un lien pour télécharger un autre fichier.

Moi ça marche sur snow leopard avec live 8: voici la procédure

 

INSTALLATION:

 

go to HD/Library/Applicationsupport/Gforce and make a folder called String Machine

mount the iso and drag the resources.cpt2 file into the folder you just made (HD/Library/Applicationsupport/Gforce/String Machine)

now mount the .dmg file and you will find the installer simply right click on this file (or control click), select “show package contents”

Drag the plug ins to their correct folders (component to the component folder, vst to vst etc)

Drag the stand alone to the Apps folder.

and drag the file called gflibdialogs.bundle to your created String Machine folder (HD/Library/Applicationsupport/Gforce/String Machine)
nothing else

now open up logic, or live or whatever DAW you use, launch the string machine and it will prompt you for a serial
the serial can be found in the .nfo file included with the rar files.

 

PRoblème à résoudre:

 

If you've downloaded and installed VSM using the Leopard
installer fix from your account and VSM still crashes, then there is a
necessary font that's missing. Please download the font suitcase *HERE*, and place it in the following location:

Macintosh HD/Library/Fonts


Unfortunately, some Mac system updates will actually move the font
into HD/Library/Fonts Disabled. So, if you installed the font once,
then updated the Mac OS, only to have VSM crash on launch again,
simply drag the required Arial font from HD/Library/Fonts Disabled and
back into HD/Library/Fonts.
