A solution for this is coming soon. New driver, new Minitaur firmware to support the new driver. Sorry it's taken a while.
Firmware version 2.1.7 is still in beta stadium but it's working great. It opens up new sonic capabilities for the Minitaur. I wonder when Moog will release it.

To test this, be sure to uninstall the old Moog USB MIDI Driver from the Control Panel (remove/uninstall programs) before installing the new version.
Important changes in this version:
- Now supports Windows 10
- Does not support Windows XP/Vista (contact me if you are using XP or Vista)
- No longer disables Slim Phatty USB from working (The old USB driver tried to work with Slim Phatty but could not succeed; the new driver doesn’t try)
Please, if you are a Windows user, try out this new driver and make sure it works for you.
That’s all the new info.. I hope you have an excellent weekend.
There’s some additional troubleshooting info below, but if you’ve already verified that the old USB driver installs and runs properly for you then you can skip the code-signing troubleshooting info.
Kind regards,
Amos
…troubleshooting info:
It is still the case that our driver uses SHA-2 security for code signing, which can create a problem for Windows 7 users unless they have performed the necessary Windows Update first (to add SHA-2 compatibility to Windows itself, which Win7 did not ship with originally). More info about this below:
Without the update, the driver will seem to install but will not run; if the device driver status is checked, you get an error message saying that the driver “cannot be authenticated”.
If the USB driver does not work or has any errors, you may need to install the specific Windows Update which enables SHA2 code signing. Below are some helpful links to resolve this:
Update for Win7 64-bit:
Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=46148
Update for Win7 32-bit:
Windows6.1-KB3033929-x32
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=46078
All other versions of Windows:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2718704 (follow this link then look for your version of Windows, and click the download link for your version)
If any troubles installing the Windows Update, try this Update Readiness Tool:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/947821
And if all else fails you can delete all the Windows Update temporary files, (located in C:WindowsSoftwareDistributionDataStore and C:WindowsSoftwareDistributionDataStore), reboot Windows, and run Windows Update again, telling it to check online for new updates. This should find any missing updates for you to install.

BullitoHonkey currently can NOT upload/download patch banks to/from the Minitaur™ synth; however, individual patches can be manually saved to the hardware synth after being loaded in BullitoHonkey.
