Edit: Updated version to 2.2.0 to fix slow response

Edit: Updated version to 2.2.1 to fix jumpiness on non-detented encoders and improved slow response algorithm. Now detented + non-detented use the same algorithm

Edit: Main OS 2.2.3:
Encoder code rewritten and tweaked up. Jumpiness fixed, slow and mid algorithms improved

Added a global variable to select the type of encoders you have (DETENT and NO-DET). NO-DET will correctly set Param 1 and Param 2 encoders to detented if you have a PE version
Fixed the problem where you couldn't edit fixed mods

Edit: Main OS 2.2.4: Fixed arp bug and mod dest/amt bug; also improved nondetented encoder response

Edit: Main OS 2.2.5: Increased error sensitivity on non-detented encoders. Fixed a couple small bugs. Param 1 knob now responds fast for program changes
