Citation : The Mars Volta have set a January 29th release date through GSL/Universal for their new album "The Bedlam In Goliath". The outing will shape up as follows:

In the meantime a homemade video webisode set to the new track "Wax Simulacra" has been posted online in Quicktime form here. Furthermore, the band will be playing a December 31st New Years Eve show at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA.

C'est pas pour déshonorer Jon Theodore, que j'ai adoré en son temps, mais thomas Pridgen est quand même très au dessus techniquement (y'a qu'à voir les lives) et puis surtout il a l'air de vraiment kiffer jouer dans TMV ce qui n'était aparemment pas le cas de Jon.

Effectivement la batterie est vachement mise en avant par rapport à avant... j'aurais préféré plus de clavier mais bon.

Back at the turn of the century guitarist/producer Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and lyricist/vocalist Cedric Bixler-Zavala decided to form a musical partnership called The Mars Volta. They grabbed a few other intrepid musicians and recorded The Tremulant EP, which was incredible and weird and proved these guys were trailblazing far from the paths tread by their prior band, At the Drive-In....
